300g beef steak, thinly sliced (sirloin or flank)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1 small onion, sliced
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce or honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Heat oil in a pan on high heat.
Add sliced beef, sear 2–3 minutes, remove.
Stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Return beef to pan, pour sauce, cook until thickened.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
