A fast and flavorful 15-minute beef stir-fry made with tender sliced beef, crisp vegetables, and a simple homemade stir-fry sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or budget-friendly family dinners. Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.

  • 300g beef steak, thinly sliced (sirloin or flank)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce or honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan on high heat.

  2. Add sliced beef, sear 2–3 minutes, remove.

  3. Stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.

  4. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  5. Return beef to pan, pour sauce, cook until thickened.

  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
